- Finalize design and prepare a full, buildable set of drawings.
- Prepare structural engineering, in preparation for admission for permits.
- Prepare expected budget for entire project, based on your product selections.
- Develop project timeline.
- Contract- Fixed Bid Scope of Work
- Start work- Deliver a written project plan and schedule (Gantt Chart) and stick to it.
- Introduce the Job Superintendent
- Introduce the lead carpenter and other members of the work team.
- Discuss the Change Order Process.
- Discuss allowances and selections
